St. Johnsbury Academy won the last time they faced Brattleboro and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hilltoppers enjoyed a cozy 73-54 win over the Bears.

Leading St. Johnsbury Academy to victory were Luke Bostic and Levi Thompson. Bostic almost dropped a double-double with 30 points and nine boards, while Thompson dropped a double-double with 22 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Parker Thompson, who posted eight points and four steals.

Brattleboro's loss came despite strong showings from Noah Moore and Hudson Smith. Moore had 17 points and five rebounds, while Smith earned 13 points in addition to six boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Zinn, who scored four points.

St. Johnsbury Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Brattleboro, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
