After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Edmund, Acadiana was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Church Point Bears by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rams also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Acadiana walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 20-25, 25-18.

Acadiana's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Church Point, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.

Coming up, Acadiana will take on Rayne at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Church Point, they will face off against Carencro at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
