Softball Game Preview: Philadelphia High School for Girls GAZELLE vs. Parkway West HOYAS

After both having extra time off, the Philadelphia High School for Girls GAZELLE and the Parkway West HOYAS will shake off the rust and duke it out at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

As a matter of fact, Philadelphia High School for Girls put up the most runs they have all season last Wednesday. They came out on top against High School of the Future by a score of 16-11.

Meanwhile, Parkway West beat Samuel Fels 12-7 last Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the HOYAS.

Philadelphia High School for Girls' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Parkway West, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Philadelphia High School for Girls took their victory against Parkway West when the teams last played back in May of 2023 by a conclusive 17-7 score. Will the GAZELLE repeat their success, or do the HOYAS have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
