Basketball Recap: Windthorst Falls Short of Lipan in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Windthorst can now relate to. They took a blow against the Lipan Indians on Thursday, falling 70-30. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 717th, while the Indians are ranked 192nd).

Windthorst's loss dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Lipan, their win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-11.

As of now, neither Windthorst nor Lipan have any future games scheduled.
