Softball Preview: Scranton Rockets vs. County Line Indians

After four games on the road, Scranton is heading back home. They will take on the County Line Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Scranton got the win against Nemo Vista by a conclusive 12-2.

DeLaney Mainer was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. Mainer has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in six consecutive pitching appearances.
