Baseball Recap: Tecumseh Comes Up Short

Tecumseh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 7-2 to the Skyline Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 on Saturday.

Tecumseh saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Palmer Ziemer, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI. Bryce Radant also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Tecumseh's loss dropped their record down to 5-7-2. As for Skyline, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6-1 record this season.

Tecumseh will square off against Adrian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Skyline, they will face off against Dexter at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
