Basketball Recap: North Find Success

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but North had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Rhodes Rams 61-59. The Rangers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

The victory made it two in a row for North and bumps their season record up to 9-14. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points over those games. As for Rhodes, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-11.

Looking ahead, North will face off against North Royalton at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Royalton will roll in looking for their 22nd straight win, something North surely won't give up without a fight. Rhodes does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
