Westminster Schools of Augusta took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They secured a 58-53 W over the Bible Baptist Christian Wolves.

Despite the loss, Bible Baptist Christian still got an impressive performance from Jaquayvion Gilmore, who dropped a double-double with 32 points and 25 rebounds. That was a full 60.4% of the Wolves' points, marking the fourth time in a row Gilmore has posted more than a third of the team's points. Alex Jenkins was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Bible Baptist Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Westminster Schools of Augusta will take on Ridge Christian Academy in a tournament on Thursday. As for Bible Baptist Christian, they are taking a road trip to face off against Augusta Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
