Soccer Game Preview: Capital vs. Princeton + Official Tickets

The Capital Cougars will take on the Princeton Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Capital will be strutting in after a victory while Princeton will be coming in after a defeat.

Capital's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They put the hurt on Summit Christian Academy with a sharp 3-0 win.

Capital hit the Falcons with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brady Chapman, Daniel Bonasso, and Azariah Lee.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Princeton finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They fell just short of South Charleston by a score of 2-1. Princeton's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-2. As for Capital, the victory got them back to even at 7-7-2.

Capital suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Princeton in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
