Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Christian Trojans vs. Parish Episcopal Panthers

Trinity Christian took a loss when they played away from home last Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They secured a 66-62 W over Fort Worth THESA. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 220th, while the Riders are ranked 484th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Parish Episcopal against Liberty Christian on Monday as the team secured a 101-66 win. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Trinity Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for Parish Episcopal, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 23-4.

Trinity Christian came up short against Parish Episcopal in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 62-53.
