Football Game Preview: Lee-Scott Academy Warriors vs. Dadeville Tigers + How To Watch

The Lee-Scott Academy Warriors are taking a road trip to take on the Dadeville Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Lee-Scott Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.

Last Friday, Lee-Scott Academy got the win against Randolph County by a conclusive 58-33. Considering the Warriors have won four matchups by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Brooks Zachry had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 269 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per carry. Zachry is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 115 every time he's taken the field this season. Max Hammer was another key player, throwing for 177 yards and one TD.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Lee-Scott Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 325 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 175 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Dadeville's offense. They took a hard 14-0 fall against Reeltown on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama football rankings (they are ranked 201st, while the Rebels are ranked 94th).

Lee-Scott Academy pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their offensive performance: the team's won by an average of 20.8 points thus far. As for Dadeville, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Lee-Scott Academy couldn't quite finish off Dadeville in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 and fell 13-10. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
