Palm Bay's only touchdown came on a run in the third quarter.
The Mustangs had given up an average of 15.0 points prior to the contest.
The loss comes after Palm Bay defeated Astronaut 31-13 last week.
Merritt Island (8-0) goes up against Rockledge in a 5A District 12 game matchup next week, while Palm Bay (6-3) locks horns with Satellite also in a 5A District 12 game.
