Softball Recap: Montgomery Catholic Takes a Loss

Montgomery Catholic lost against Prattville Christian Academy last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights lost 12-3 to the Panthers. The Knights just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Peyton Dees made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Montgomery Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Prattville Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Montgomery Catholic will head out to take on LAMP at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Prattville Christian Academy, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Prattville Christian Academy Panthers challenge Tallassee Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
