Meanwhile, North Hills Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to Hickory Christian Academy. Things were pretty much settled by the half as North Hills Christian were already down 3-0.

University Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-9. As for North Hills Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.
