Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Loss Ends Architecture, Engineering and Construction's Winning Streak

It was a proper cat-fight when Architecture, Engineering and Construction faced off against Bowne on Tuesday. The Architecture, Engineering and Construction Tigers took a 58-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bowne Wildcats. The Tigers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bowne to victory, but perhaps none more so than Donte Cromwell, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Devin Harris, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 13 rebounds.

Architecture, Engineering and Construction's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Bowne, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Architecture, Engineering and Construction will venture away from home to square off against Queens Teaching at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Architecture, Engineering and Construction is facing Queens Teaching at the right time seeing as Queens Teaching is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Bowne, they will head out to challenge Martin at 5:00 p.m. on January 14th.
