Soccer Recap: Scranton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Scranton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the Abington Heights Comets. While losing is never fun, Scranton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 436th, while Abington Heights are ranked 11th).

Scranton's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Abington Heights, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.

Coming up, Scranton will head out to face off against Valley View at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Valley View's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Abington Heights, they will welcome Wallenpaupack Area at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
