Ben Fitch leads Canton to victory over Williamson

The Canton Warriors scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 56-40 win over Williamson. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Canton as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.
Ben Fitch was his usual excellent self, shooting 5-for-8 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double on 34 points and 21 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Cohan Morgan, who scored six points.
Canton's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-15. As for Williamson, their loss was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-12.
Canton will take on Montgomery at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Williamson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
