Basketball Recap: Dayville/Monument Comes Up Short

Dayville/Monument was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Prairie City/Burnt River 68-37. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 76-22 back in January.

Dayville/Monument's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Prairie City/Burnt River, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-8.

Dayville/Monument didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 68-37 loss against Prairie City on the 8th. As for Prairie City/Burnt River, they will take on Adrian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
