Volleyball Game Preview: Bishop Neumann Cavaliers vs. Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays

For the second straight game, Bishop Neumann will face off against Ashland-Greenwood. The Cavaliers will host the Bluejays on Saturday. Bishop Neumann is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.

Bishop Neumann barely beat Ashland-Greenwood the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cavaliers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bluejays on Wednesday.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 25-22.

Bishop Neumann found their leader in freshman Madison Wiese, who had 16 digs and two aces.

Bishop Neumann's victory bumped their record up to 26-7. As for Ashland-Greenwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-8.
