Football Recap: Christian Brothers Starts Season with Victory at Home

Christian Brothers took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They blew past the Fayette Ware Wildcats, posting a 61-7 win. Given the Purple Wave's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 50th, while the Wildcats are ranked 274th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian Brothers will welcome White Station at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fayette Ware, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against West Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
