Softball Recap: Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four matchups, Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise finally came back down to earth on Monday. They came up short against the Middle College Cougars, falling 26-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 25-6 back in March.

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 4-4. As for Middle College, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise will square off against rival Animo Robinson at 2:00 p.m. on the 30th. Meanwhile, Middle College is set to face off against their familiar foe Alliance Health Services Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
