Hampton had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They claimed a resounding 72-28 victory over the Parkview Christian Patriots on the road. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 37-0 defeat the Patriots walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Jack Bullis had a dynamite game for Hampton, rushing for 151 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries, while also picking up 189 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
