Softball Recap: Bronx United Takes a Loss

Bronx United was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the South Bronx Phoenix, falling 27-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Phoenix this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 24-4 back in March.

Bronx United's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for South Bronx, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Coincidentally, Bronx United and South Bronx will both be playing Law Government & Justice the next time they take the field. The Phoenix will head out to face the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Pythons will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
