Soccer Recap: Glendale Comes Up Short

Glendale lost to Apollo back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cardinals came up short against the Hawks, falling 9-1.

Glendale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Apollo, the victory got them back to even at 4-4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Glendale will take on Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Washington's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Apollo, they will host West Point at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Apollo will be up against West Point's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.89 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
