Volleyball Recap: Hilmar Wins Going Away Against Palma + How To Watch

Hilmar extended their postseason success on Thursday against Palma. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Chieftains. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellowjackets.

Hilmar never let Palma on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-13, 25-19.

Reese Ahlem paced Hilmar's offense, picking up ten kills. Ahlem got some help from Stella Pires and her 28 assists. Lia Salvador controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Hilmar's victory bumped their record up to 24-16. As for Palma, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-14.

Hilmar didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Escalon on the 15th. Palma does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
