Basketball Recap: Muskegon Heights Comes Up Short

The Muskegon Heights Tigers lost 42-18 to Wellspring Prep on Friday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Muskegon Heights' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wellspring Prep, they moved to 1-1 with that win, which also ended their nine-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Muskegon Heights will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Orchard View at 7:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. Wellspring Prep and Grand River Prep will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
