Basketball Recap: Plum Comes Up Short

Plum lost against Franklin Regional back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Plum Mustangs fell 65-54 to the Franklin Regional Panthers. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Plum now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Franklin Regional, they moved to 7-10 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Plum will square off against Penn Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Franklin Regional has already played their next matchup (against Laurel Highlands), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
