Plymouth can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Warsaw Tigers, sneaking past 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Pilgrims/Rockies have posted since April 15th.
Gracie Patrick made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed six innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April.
