Kellis had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victor by a 79-53 margin over the Pueblo Warriors on Tuesday. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 21 matches by 21 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Pueblo lost, don't look at America Cazares. Despite the final result, she posted 33 points and six rebounds. That was a full 62.3% of Pueblo's points, marking the fourth time in a row Cazares has scored more than a third of the team's points.

Kellis has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 20 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points over those games. Pueblo's defeat dropped their record down to 24-6.
