Football Recap: Edgewood Takes a Loss

Edgewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 31-18 to the Badin Rams. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 194th, while the Rams are ranked 49th).

Edgewood's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Badin, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edgewood will head out to face off against Bishop Fenwick at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Badin, they will face off against St. Francis DeSales at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
