Perry has gone a perfect 5-0 against Mesa recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Pumas will host the Jackrabbits at 5:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Perry's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Mesa has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

Perry is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arizona's top teams: Casteel, who was ranked fifth at the time (Perry was ranked first). The Pumas were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Colts on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Pumas in their matchups with the Colts: they've now won six in a row.

Perry not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Casteel to exactly 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Mesa came up short against Red Mountain on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Perry's win bumped their record up to 31-4. As for Mesa, their loss dropped their record down to 13-11.
