Softball Recap: Timber Creek Victorious

Timber Creek never let their opponents score on Friday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Colleyville Heritage Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Timber Creek saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addy McFarland, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. Those two stolen bases gave McFarland a new career-high.

Timber Creek was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .400 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.

Timber Creek's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Colleyville Heritage, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, Timber Creek will take on The Colony at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Colleyville Heritage, they will challenge Paschal at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
