Basketball Game Preview: Mount Si Wildcats vs. Inglemoor Vikings

Mount Si and Inglemoor are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Mount Si Wildcats will welcome the Inglemoor Vikings at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Si will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Mount Si beat Bellevue 61-57. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Wildcats' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 77th, while the Wolverines are ranked 20th).

Meanwhile, everything went Inglemoor's way against Hazen on Friday as Inglemoor made off with a 52-30 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Inglemoor has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Mount Si, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Mount Si came out on top in a nail-biter against Inglemoor in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, sneaking past 42-39. Will Mount Si repeat their success, or does Inglemoor have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
