Volleyball Recap: University City Takes a Loss

University City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Ritenour Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13.

University City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13-3. As for Ritenour, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-18-2.

University City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Lutheran North on the 11th. As for Ritenour, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against KIPP on the 11th.
