Episcopal's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Mayflower on Friday. They were dealt an 83-0 loss at the hands of the Eagles. The Wildcats have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Melbourne). They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 62-21 victory over Yellville-Summit. The Bearkatz haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Melbourne's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 4-4. As for Episcopal, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Episcopal was taken down by Melbourne 42-14 in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Wildcats were down 28-0.
