Baseball Recap: Pike Central Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Pike Central's offense. They lost 13-0 to the Forest Park Rangers on Monday. The Chargers have struggled against the Rangers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Pike Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Forest Park, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pike Central is set to square off against their familiar foe Mt. Vernon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Forest Park will face off against rival Princeton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
