While Loudoun County's win against Sherando wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Captains slipped by the Warriors 15-14 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Captains.

Montez Dyson had a dynamite game, rushing for 118 yards and one TD.

Loudoun County's run defense was locked in: Sherando could only muster 2.3 yards per carry. The Captains' ground attack was stronger, having averaged 5.4.

Loudoun County's record now sits at 2-0. As for Sherando, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
