Edgewood has gone 9-1 against Ganesha recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Edgewood Lions will face off against the Ganesha Giants at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Edgewood came up short against La Puente and fell 60-47. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Ganesha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 63-52 to Pomona. One positive for the Giants, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Ganesha's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Edgewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.

Everything came up roses for Edgewood against Ganesha in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 63-35 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Edgewood since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
