Soccer Game Preview: Grafton vs. South Milwaukee + Official Tickets

The Grafton Black Hawks will challenge the South Milwaukee Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Milwaukee took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Grafton, who comes in off a win.

Grafton took a seven-goal loss the last time they faced off against Cedarburg, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Black Hawks had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 2-1 on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Grafton have won by just one goal.

Charlie Stilb and Ethan Weinhold scored both of Grafton's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Meanwhile, South Milwaukee came up short against Veritas/Tenor on Tuesday and fell 5-3.

The victory made it two in a row for Grafton and bumps their season record up to 3-11-1. As for South Milwaukee, their defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-8-1.

Everything went Grafton's way against South Milwaukee in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, as Grafton made off with a 3-0 win. Do the Black Hawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rockets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
