Volleyball Recap: San Diego Takes a Loss

San Diego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the High Tech Mesa Thunder. If the Cavers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Thunder when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

San Diego's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for High Tech Mesa, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.

San Diego didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Calvin Christian on the 14th. As for High Tech Mesa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Elsinore on the 14th.
