Football Recap: Northwest Takes a Loss

Northwest's game on Friday was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 31-30 to the V.R. Eaton Eagles. The Texans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Northwest and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for V.R. Eaton, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coincidentally, Northwest and V.R. Eaton will both be playing Bell the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Blue Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Texans will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
