Mechanicsville got themselves on the board against J.R. Tucker on Wednesday, but J.R. Tucker never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over the Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won eight matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Mechanicsville moved to 11-5 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for J.R. Tucker, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.
