Baseball Recap: St. Joseph Victorious

St. Joseph let Stamford stack six runs on them in the third inning on Tuesday but luckily St. Joseph prevailed anyway. The Cadets came out on top against the Black Knights by a score of 10-6. The win continues a trend for the Cadets in their matchups with the Black Knights: they've now won eight in a row.

Gavin Rovinelli was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jake Rios, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, one run, and one double.

St. Joseph's record now sits at 13-8. As for Stamford, they dropped their record down to 15-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

As of now, neither St. Joseph nor the Black Knights have any future games scheduled.
