Soccer Recap: Romulus Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Monday. Romulus fell just short of Thurston by a score of 2-1. Romulus was not able to make up for their defeat to Thurston from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Romulus' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Thurston, the victory snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 2-13-1 record.

Coincidentally, Romulus and Thurston will both be playing Non Varsity Opponent the next time they take the pitch. Romulus will host Non Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while Thurston will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
