They came up short against the Sioux Center Warriors, falling 15-4. On the bright side, the four- run performance marked the E'Hawks' highest-scoring game to date.

Emmetsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Sioux Center, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Emmetsburg has already played their next match, a 10-1 loss against Sheldon on the 7th. As for Sioux Center, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-3 victory against Ridge View on the 7th.
