Volleyball Recap: Cortez Takes a Loss

Cortez lost against Marcos de Niza back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Colts took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Padres. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cortez's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Marcos de Niza, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1.

Coming up, Cortez will square off against Browne at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Marcos de Niza, they will head out to square off against Dysart at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
