It was a good run, but Riverside unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Humphreys County Cowboys by a score of 5-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-3 back in February.

Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Humphreys County, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Riverside will challenge Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Generals have averaged an impressive 11.6 runs per game this season. Humphreys County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
