Basketball Recap: Crystal River Pirates vs. Lake Weir Hurricanes
Crystal River kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 74-63 to the Lake Weir Hurricanes. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hurricanes apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Crystal River wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 71-21 loss against Wildwood on the 20th. As for Lake Weir, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-60 victory against South Lake on the 20th.
