Monroe extended their postseason success on Saturday against Northeastern. They came out on top against the Northeastern Eagles by a score of 35-25. The Redhawks' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Monroe wouldn't let Northeastern keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Monroe can thank Jesus Jarquin-Ambrosio and Jeremiah Lindsey for forcing both of them. Jarquin-Ambrosio is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in the last 18 games he's played dating back to last season.

Despite the loss, Northeastern still got an impressive performance from Trevaris Jones, who threw for 202 yards and three touchdowns.

Monroe's win bumped their record up to 15-0. As for Northeastern, they moved to 15-1 with that defeat, which also ended their 15-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Monroe nor Northeastern have any future games scheduled.
