Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Addison Cooley and Taryn Musca Lead Harrison to Victory

Harrison waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Glynn Academy Terrors by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Hoyas, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Harrison was led to victory by Taryn Musca and Addison Cooley. Musca had seven assists and five aces, while Cooley had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces Cooley has posted since back in October of 2024.

They weren't the only good server: Harrison was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Glynn Academy only served three aces.

Harrison's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Glynn Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Harrison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Milton on the 9th. As for Glynn Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against West Forsyth on the 9th.
